However, a bid for a particular risk is not an offer of insurance nor creates any contractually binding commitment. We reserve the right to remove any client and user subscriptions without notice for any reason and will do so if we become aware of unfair use and practice of the tool.

7. Fees

Underwriting (user) and client accounts are free of charge. Clients (insurance/ reinsurance buyers and brokers) are encouraged to engage with one of our Underwriting and Capacity consultants. Consultants are free to agree consultancy contracts and fees – including contingent fees payable only if there is a favourable result – with their individual clients according to their engagement and value added.
